This Cotswolds Cream Liqueur is a tasty treat made by combining new-make single malt spirit with the nature’s freshest cream. The cream is naturally preserved by the alcohol and the combination produces a wonderfully rich and luscious liqueur. Best consumed over ice, chilled or in coffee, Cotswolds cream is best stored in the refrigerator once opened. For optimum taste it should be consumed within 6 months after opening.
The spirit in the Cotswolds Cream is produced using bespoke copper pot stills, hand-made in Scotland. They use only locally-grown Cotswolds barley, which is malted in small batches. The distillation process takes place daily and is entirely by hand. It yields a wonderfully light, sweet and floral new-make spirit which is perfect combined with cream. At Whiskey's Orchard we are huge fans of this wonderful creamy dram and look forward to the maturing of the Cotswolds Single Malt, available from 2017.
